As entrepreneurial farmers, Ross Taylor (above) and Rod Garnham were looking for opportunities to make more of their potato harvest. Assigning us to help, Corkers Crisps was born and the tasty range of popular snacks now includes vegetable variants and two popcorn favourites. Success on this scale inevitably attracts attention, with Ross also recently featuring on BBC's Nadiya's British Food Adventure.
When Dean White and Neil Young decided to take on the big guns in the war on sugary sips, they enlisted us as allies. We planned the brand attack, equipped the bottle with a blast cap and mapped the route to the frontline. Storming into Tesco stores and taking territory in global positions, Hey Like Wow has major celebrity momentum, with stars such as Katie Price (above), pushing to give fizzy pop its marching orders.
Cardiff graduates Helen McAvoy and Naomi Kibble came to us with an idea for frozen cocktails. We named it, dressed it in party-animal style and saw them into 100 Sainsbury's stores. They also visited BBC's Dragons' Den and were offered £80k from Peter Jones and Duncan Bannatyne which they famously declined, to then sell Rocktails in a deal too good to walk away from. Concept to sale in just 18 months!
Scanstrut's Tom Reed looked to raise the profile of the family firm by making the smart call to diversify beyond marine-bias installation solutions. We were delighted to take on the challenge. Lifedge was our answer, a brand offering adventurers protective products that enabled worry-free exploring whilst retaining easy access to much-loved gadgetry. Now anyone can take their ipad swimming!
